Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 17, 2026 · Effective: September 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Anuly, Inc. (“Anuly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information collected through anuly.io and its subdomains (the “Site”).

Please do not send us protected health information. The Site is an informational website with a waitlist form. It is not the Anuly platform, and it is not an appropriate channel for claims data, medical records, member or patient information, or any other protected health information (PHI). See section 4.

  16. How to contact us

1. Who we are

Anuly, Inc. is a Delaware corporation based in Connecticut. Anuly builds an AI-driven payment integrity platform for the self-funded healthcare ecosystem. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, we are the controller of the information described in this Policy.

2. What this Policy covers

This Policy covers only the Site — the public marketing website at anuly.io, including the waitlist form.

It does not cover the Anuly platform or any services we provide to customers under a separate written agreement. Information we process on behalf of a customer through the platform — including claims, plan, clinical, and member data — is governed by that agreement and, where applicable, a business associate agreement under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), not by this Policy. In that context we act as a service provider or business associate to the customer, not as a controller.

3. Information we collect

3.1 Information you submit to us

If you complete the waitlist form on the Site, we collect:

  • Full name (required);
  • Work email address (required);
  • Organization (optional);
  • Role or title (optional);
  • Anything you write in the free-text field (optional).

We also receive whatever you choose to include if you email us directly.

3.2 Information collected automatically

  • Server and request data — our hosting provider records IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, referring page, the pages requested, and the date and time of each request.
  • Aggregate traffic statistics — we and our hosting provider may review aggregated statistics derived from those server records, such as page views and referral sources, to understand how the Site is used. We do not use any third-party analytics product on the Site, and these statistics do not identify you individually.
  • Bot-protection signals — the waitlist form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which evaluates signals such as your IP address and browser characteristics to distinguish people from automated abuse.

3.3 What we do not collect

The Site has no user accounts, no logins, and no payment processing. We do not sell anything through the Site, we do not host content uploaded by visitors, and we do not operate advertising on the Site. We do not use the Site to build advertising profiles, and we do not collect precise geolocation or biometric data.

4. No protected health information

Please do not submit protected health information, personally identifiable member or patient data, claims files, medical records, or other sensitive or confidential data through the Site, including in the free-text field of the waitlist form. The Site is not designed or intended to receive that information, and it is not covered by any business associate agreement.

If you send us information of that kind, we will delete it as soon as we reasonably can and will not use it for any purpose other than deletion. If you need to share data of this type with us as part of an evaluation, contact us at privacy@anuly.io and we will arrange an appropriate channel and the agreements that go with it.

5. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • respond to your waitlist submission or enquiry, and contact you about early access, evaluations, and product availability;
  • understand which organizations and roles are interested in Anuly, so we can prioritize our roadmap and outreach;
  • send you information about Anuly that is relevant to the interest you expressed — you can opt out at any time, and we will stop;
  • operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site, and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse of the form;
  • comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising or targeted advertising, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

6. Cookies and third-party assets

The Site does not set analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. As of the date of this Policy, browsing the Site places no cookies and no local storage entries on your device. We use no third-party analytics or advertising product; the only traffic statistics we see are aggregate figures derived from ordinary server records, which do not rely on cookies.

Cloudflare Turnstile may set a strictly necessary cookie or local storage entry in connection with the waitlist form, solely to carry out its bot-protection check.

The Site loads fonts, scripts, and libraries from the third-party networks below. When your browser requests those files, the provider necessarily receives your IP address and basic request information, and processes it under its own privacy policy:

  • Webflow — site hosting, page delivery, and waitlist form handling.
  • Cloudflare — Turnstile bot protection on the waitlist form.
  • Google (Fonts and hosted libraries) — web font loading.
  • jsDelivr and Amazon CloudFront — open-source JavaScript libraries used for page behaviour and animation.

Because we set no tracking cookies, there is nothing on the Site for you to opt out of. If we later add analytics or advertising technologies that do use cookies, we will update this Policy and, where required, ask for your consent before they load.

7. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only as follows:

  • Service providers who process information on our behalf under contract — currently our website host and form processor (Webflow), our bot-protection provider (Cloudflare), our business email and productivity provider, and any customer relationship management tool we use to keep track of waitlist interest.
  • Professional advisers such as our lawyers, accountants, and insurers, where necessary for their services to us.
  • Legal and safety — where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law or legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Anuly, our users, or the public. Where we are permitted to do so, we will try to notify you first.
  • Corporate transactions — in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the recipient honouring this Policy or notifying you of any material change.
  • With your consent, for any other purpose we describe to you at the time.

We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

8. How long we keep information

  • Waitlist submissions — for as long as we are actively evaluating or pursuing the opportunity, and no longer than 24 months after your last contact with us, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Email correspondence — 3 years after the matter is closed.
  • Server and security logs — as retained by our hosting and security providers in the ordinary course, generally no more than 12 months.
  • Aggregate analytics — indefinitely, in a form that does not identify you.
  • Opt-out records — kept indefinitely so that we do not contact you again after you ask us to stop.

We may keep information longer where we need it to comply with a legal obligation or to resolve a dispute.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to a marketing website, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls limited to personnel who need the information, bot protection on the form, and reliance on established providers for hosting and email. No website is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any regulator as required by law.

10. Your rights and choices

You may ask us to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you, and provide a copy;
  • correct anything inaccurate or out of date;
  • delete your information, including removing you from the waitlist;
  • stop contacting you — use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or simply reply asking us to stop.

Email privacy@anuly.io and we will respond within the time applicable law requires — generally 45 days in California and one month in the EEA and UK. We may need to verify your identity first, and an authorized agent may act for you with proof of authority. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

11. California residents

This section supplements the Policy for California residents and uses the terms of the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (“CCPA”).

In the preceding 12 months, we collected the following categories of personal information through the Site: identifiers (name, work email address, IP address); professional or employment-related information (organization, role or title); internet or other network activity (pages requested, referring page, aggregate usage); and other information you volunteer in the free-text field. We collect it from you directly and automatically from your browser, for the business purposes in section 5, and we disclose it to the categories of recipients in section 7.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not knowingly collect personal information from consumers under 16. We do not collect sensitive personal information through the Site and we ask you not to send it.

California residents have the rights to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, and to be free from retaliation for exercising them. Submit a request to privacy@anuly.io.

12. Visitors outside the United States

Anuly is based in the United States and serves the United States healthcare market. The Site is hosted and operated in the United States, so if you visit it or submit the form from elsewhere, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws differ from those in your country.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request, for responding to a waitlist submission or enquiry; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Site and in business development, balanced against your rights; your consent, where we ask for it, which you may withdraw at any time; and compliance with legal obligations. You also have the rights to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Please contact us first and we will try to resolve the matter.

13. Children’s privacy

The Site is a business-to-business website intended for adults acting in a professional capacity. It is not directed to children, we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact privacy@anuly.io and we will delete it.

14. Third-party sites

The Site may link to websites and services we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own and this Policy does not apply to them.

15. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time and will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do. If a change is material — for example, if we begin using cookie-based analytics — we will provide more prominent notice before it takes effect.
